Quicken and Quickbooks Update

We have made enhancements to the way your account information is pulled into QuickBooks Desktop and Quicken. Both applications now allow the functionality of importing your transactions using their bank feeds feature. If you have been using Quicken to do this, you will need to disconnect and reconnect the account for this feature to continue to function normally. If you have been using QuickBooks Desktop you are now able to use bank feeds rather than importing files from your internet banking. Bank On The Go

Bank on the go with the TFNB Mobile App. Our mobile app is safe, secure and free to use. You must have a TFNB account to use mobile banking, and you must be enrolled in our Bill Pay service to pay bills. There is no charge for using the TFNB Mobile App, however message and data rates may apply.

Turn your debit card off

It’s that easy! If you end up finding your card, just go through the same steps to turn it back on. Just another way TFNB Your Bank For Life keeps you and your money safe.

Step 1.
Log in to the TFNB your bank for life mobile app.
Step 2.
Click “Menu” on the bottom left of the screen.
Step 3.
Select “Manage Cards” from the slide-out menu that appears on the left.
Step 4.
Find the card you want to turn off and click the green “ON” button.
Step 5.
Confirm you want to turn the card off.

Setup FaceID or TouchID

It’s a hassle to always have to remember your password to log in to your banking app. Use FaceID or TouchID on your iPhone to login. Turn it off in the TFNB mobile app in five simple steps:

Step 1.
Log in to the TFNB your bank for life mobile app.
Step 2.
Click “Profile” on the bottom right of the screen.
Step 3.
Select “Security” under Contact Information.
Step 4.
Select “Login Options” from the next page.
Step 5.
Click “FaceID” or “TouchID” on the next screen.

Person to Person (P2P) payments

Whether you’re paying a friend back for picking up groceries or sending money to your child in college, we’ve made sending person to person (P2P) payments simple, secure and instant. Best of all, you can send these payments directly within our mobile and online banking portal.

Step 1.
Login to your mobile banking app or online banking portal. Click on the Move Money section, then “New Transaction.”
Step 2.
Choose which account you’d like to send money from.
Step 3.
Next, choose to whom you’d like to send funds. If you’ve sent a P2P payment before, you can simply select that recipient again. If this is your first time sending a P2P payment to an individual, you’ll need to click “+Add New Payee” at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4.
Select your payment type. In this case, that’s “Person to Person.”
Step 5.
Add your new payee by entering their name and how you’d like to notify them to receive the payment. Enter either the recipient’s debit card information (if available) or their mobile phone number or email address. When you’re done select “Add Payee” at the bottom of the screen.
Step 6.
Enter the dollar amount you’d like to send. You can also choose to add a note to the recipient if desired. Once you’ve filled in these details click “Continue.”
Step 7.
Review your transaction to ensure everything is correct. Once reviewed, click the “Submit” button.

Accepting the payment on the recipient’s end is just as easy! Depending on what notification method you’ve chosen, they will receive an email or text message alerting them of your P2P payment. And after you’ve sent a payment once, all future payments are transferred without any interaction from the recipient.
